When do you know it’s time to take your Cat or Dog to the Emergency room? Jeff goes over a list sent to him by Dr. Edward Cooper who is the head of the OSU Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care facility, One of the Best in the country. ABC News ran a segment last week about New Jersey and many other states cracking down on distracted drivers with pets in their laps and roaming unrestrained in the cars! Listen in to see if your state is next to levy up to $1000 per infraction for this. There are inexpensive car harnesses available at the ASPCA web site and many others including local pet stores! Also in New Jersey a lawsuit has been filed for salmonella poisoning of an 8 month old baby allegedly caused by the recalled dry dog food that we discussed a few weeks ago! Here it comes!
